Microsoft Dynamics Axapta

• 1 to 7+ years of Work experience in IT Industry (Entry to Senior Level)
• Excellent business communication skills (written/Oral)
• Ability to think, analyze and recommend solutions to any Technical problem.
• Should be able a self starter and self motivated. Can carry his/her work independently without any supervision.
• Should be able to do estimations of AX Customizations, Testing etc.
• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline. Degrees - BE,BTECH,MCA,MBA or equivalent
• Must have working experience in two or more areas with X++ /AX Customizations as compulsory
• Morph X/ X++  or AX 3.0/4.0 customizations (Mandatory)

Microsoft Dynamics AX

• Experience
• 4-8 years experience in a business application consulting role: functional and technical knowledge
• 4-6 years of core experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX or Industry Builder vertical solutions
• Project management experience: ideal candidate has already served as a project Lead or manager on 1 or more assignment and demonstrated awareness and knowledge on PM methodology.

Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS)

• The Senior Consultant must have current experience with implementation of and development on large MBS MS-CRM and/or competitive Tier 1 CRM solutions such as Siebel, SAP, or Salesforce.com. 
• Understanding of competitive solutions enables the Senior Consultant to properly assess feasibility of migrating customer solutions from, and/or integrating with customer solutions hosted on, non-Microsoft platforms and/or solutions.
• The ideal candidate will understand and be able to articulate the functional/technical infrastructure of MS-CRM (or competitor) as well as have a working knowledge of Microsoft (classic) Products such as SQL Server 2000/2005, BizTalk Server 2004, SharePoint Portal Server 2003, Office Systems, Active Directory and general networking concepts.
